1954 Chevrolet 3600

1954 Chevrolet 3600 model, this was a fun project we did, very rare one ton rear end i understand there were only 300 produced, the complete drive train is new starting with the 261 engine, line bored the block, we also machined the block to except a one piece rear main seal, it has the 348 casting head with 194 intakes all valves are stainless, bully dog cam, the head has been ported also, J&E pistons has 9.1 compression. The ign system has been up graded to electronic, upgraded to 12v system, the carbs are carter webber model 32/34 gets fantastic milage for a truck app 17 mpg fwy, has a fenton intake and custom built long tubular headers, aluminum radiator w/ schroud and 6 blade fan runs cool allways. Air conditioning is from old air products.The clutch is a 11\' mc cloud the transmission is a camero 5sp with a 28% overdrive the rearend is a 411 ratio the complete drive train has been restored. Tires and brakes are like new, this is a very special built one of a kind truck, it will cruise 70 mph or more all day long at 2200 rpm its actually fun to drive sounds like no other six cylinder, the seat is from a 1990 chevy pickup which gives you alot more leg room the windows are tinted. The bed is 8\' long, I just took the break in oil out and changed over to castrol 20-50 and added zink with it.
