1969 Buick Electra

1969 Buick Electra 225 Custom Convertible with 440ci V8 Engine for Restoration.. Picked up this car around 2012 from someone who was going to redo it. The engine does start and has been previously tested. Do not have any way at this time to start the vehicle as it was bypassed from the key to start it. This vehicle does have a nice powerful 440cu in. big block stock engine. The vehicle has mileage of 10817.1 with matching numbers for the engine block and transmission. This vehicle need a complete restoration in general. The top was fine when last inspected, top is not hooked up to pistons but they are present inside the trunk. The car does also have the original rims in the trunk. The condition of the body as well as the rest of the vehicle is evident in the images. This this is a great restoration project, not a casket case, and will be well worth the time. Engine has been previously started and is a working engine. Transmission has disconnected linkage. Convertible Top is in good shape, but not hooked up to be automatic. Original rims are in trunk. Pistons for top are in trunk as well as some miscellaneous. This vehicle was equipped with A/C, however there is no compressor present. This vehicle is not a basket case and has excellent potential.
