Description
'64 Skylark, 310 Wildcat, automatic {perfect shifting transmission} original, black n yellow plate car, dry dry dry. Very well preserved with few tasteful mods that make it stand out. Lowered all around with just perfect stance.
Full new exhaust 2.5'gives it just awesome sound - a car you can hear before you can see it. Not too loud but definitely noticeable. New 15in rim and BFG tires for that classic look. New brakes all around.
New carpet, perfect upholstery. New windshield. All electric windows {1 qtr window currently doesn’t work but I’m working on it}. Mechanically sound to the point where I drive it almost daily, anywhere.
Just a great driving car that does everything is should with such ease - power steering and power brakes - 15year old girl can drive this thing, very pleasant manners. Cools all day long in 100 degree weather and traffic. No leaks to speak off other than few drops, literally if it sits for a week.... basically dry car.
Originally silver with black vinyl from factory, it has been repainted while back, just one time, in this gorgeous Butternut yellow. Gets compliments everywhere we go, and I mean the family - yeas, we drive this with our kids all the time and they love it. The only surface rust spots on the car are on the roof - not an arear that typically rusts out - more like bad prep back when it was repainted and small area of paint lifted and caused the surface to begin to rust.
Not na whole, JUST surface. Very rare and very cool looking with killer stance. Comes with few extra parts and some new uninstalled weatherstripping. Its a calssic and as such comes with no warranty but it has been very steady car for me and has no mechanical or any other known issue that Im aware of.
It has few minor imperfections consistant with the older paint but overall it's all a classic should be.

Classic Buick Skylark Buyer's Guide
The Buick Skylark launched for 1953 as Harley Earl's personal-luxury convertible — a limited-production Anniversary Edition celebrating Buick's 50th anniversary, with only 1,690 cars produced across two model years. Across twenty years of classic-era production (1953-1972), the Skylark evolved into Buick's mid-size A-body offering and the foundation of the Buick Gran Sport (GS) muscle-car program. The 1965-1972 Skylark GS variants — particularly the 1969-1970 GS Stage 1 — represent the high-water mark of Buick factory performance. The Stage 1 package added high-compression heads, performance camshaft, and unique intake to produce 360-370 hp from the 455 V8 (significantly under-rated by Buick to manage insurance concerns). This guide covers what every buyer should verify before paying premium money for any GS or Stage 1 variant.
