Description
1957 Chevrolet 210 the original heartbeat of America from Chevrolet. This little gem has been sitting for what I assume has been many many years in the South west that being said there is zero rust on it! I came across it last fall and had to put my touch on it and get it back on the road again where it belongs. A former owner had started the journey with installing a 350 chev vortec motor running a carb now..
It has a th350 transmission...here's a short list of new installs.. New windshield New tires New wheels New wiring harness New headliner New carpet New upholstery New door panels All door interior hardware New window and door handles Original radio New bulbs and sockets in dash New tail light lenses New headlights New plug wires New insulated interior New insulated trunk New trunk padding New custom fit trunk Matt New battery Battery relocated to trunk Remote disconnect New altanator New fuel tank New 57 grille New door weather striping New b and m star shifter...with reverse lockout New door/trunk/ignition locks....this is a short list....so much done to this car..it still has some way to go before its complete but that's where you come in and finish it your way...the body is straight as a arrow and honestly likely the cleanest of any tri five I have ever seen....I can not find anywhere that rust or damage had been repaired...former owner sprayed epoxy primmer on it I assume to get ready for paint and to bring some color back to it I feel this car is 100 percent ready to go get the color of your choice sprayed on it. You don't find tri fives in this kind of original shape very often...it has a interior that gets nothing but praise...

Classic Chevrolet 210 Buyer's Guide (1953–1957)
Everyone knows the Bel Air. Not everyone knows that for most of the Tri-Five era, you could get the exact same body, the same Small Block V8, and the same chassis for several hundred dollars less — in the 210. It was Chevrolet's volume seller: less chrome on the outside, similar substance underneath. Today that same dynamic plays out in the collector market, where a solid 210 still costs 20–35% less than a comparable Bel Air. I've been building and driving Tri-Fives for thirty years, and I'll tell you straight: the 210 is where the smart money goes if you actually want to use your car.
