1955 Chevrolet 3100

1955 Chevrolet Panel Truck 3800 1 ton extended version. I run an Antiques business and thought it would be pretty cool to have this as an around town truck. Truck has a small block mildly tuned with a cam, Edelbrock carb and intake. I have two sets of wheels and tires for it. One set is aluminum and they are staggered in diameter and the other set installed right now are stealy's that I painted and the rubber is junk on them. It will need to be replaced. Truck has a 4-speed with first gear being a granny gear and its original to the truck. I also believe it's got a 411 rear end. It runs and drives but has no power steering and the brakes need attention. I rebuilt the master cylinder with new parts from Year One but there's still an issue somewhere. Also replaced the rear wheel cylinders. Air in the lines is what it feels like. Probably best to go with a power master. The donor truck I bought is a 1986 C30 one ton. The wheelbase is perfect and it has the automatic trans and disc brake upgrade but I'm just not going to get around to doing the swap. This truck needs body work. There was some Bondo used on it. You will need to do some sheet metal patching. The front clip is a fiberglass unit... fenders and hood. In the pictures it shows no grill but I do have the grill as well as a lower support for it, I just remove them for painting the radiator. Clean title in hand.Doors: 2
