1956 Chevrolet Bel Air

1956 Chevy Bel Air 2 Dr. Hardtop. This has 40 miles on a 4,000 hour plus frame-off nut and bolt restoration with 100 photos. Over $120,000 spent with documents. This was a custom shop build to promote their work, sadly the shop never did get any business to continue building custom cars, their loss your gain. First it started off as a New Mexico rust free car that was Black, I do have 90 photos of the build buy they will not fit on my web site files, finished in Lamborghini Pearl Orange with Pearl White top. The car is laser straight with never any rust, see the under carriage photos. Starting with the motor a crate Corvette 350ci/330hp fuel injected engine and a rebuilt 700R 4 speed automatic trans., Vintage Air with polished front runner system, chrome alt., cold air intake, chrome master cly. top, 4 wheel Barer power disc brakes with 3 piece rotors, aluminum radiator with aluminum over flow tank and dual electric fans, wheel wells and fire well are Orange matching the car, the fire wall was set back 8 inches to allow the custom frame with Corvette front suspension, brakes, rack and pinion steering to fit, the complete frame may be a Art Morrison it is fully powder coated. All the brake lines and fuel lines are stainless steel, the rear suspension and diff are all Corvette independent, it has aluminum heat shield for the brake and fuel lines to keep them away from the aluminum exhaust, Nascar exhaust tips exit in front of the rear wheels and the frame is notched to clear them, all suspension are powder coated in Silver, to contrast from the Black frame, no under coating on floor or rockers you can see what you are buying, Mono front and rear leafs, built in battery charger in a aluminum battery box in the trunk. Billet interior door handles, all S/S is new, new bumpers, new grille and head light bezels, new tail lights and front signal lights, all new glass, new S/S side moldings, nothing left half done, the interior is done in Orange kid glove leather with suede.Body Style: CoupeDoors: 2
