1957 Chevrolet Bel Air
Vehicle Details
Listing Description
1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Street Machine. This Chevy was treated to a body off restoration completed in 2005 and driven only 2,300 miles since. Restored to be a show car, with some custom and mechanical upgrades, the owner purchased the car the way you see it and his knowledge of what was done is somewhat limited. The engine is a late model Corvette engine with a custom suspension. It has power disc brakes, power steering, automatic transmission, Flowmaster mufflers with dual exhaust, headers and Billet Specialty wheels with BF Goodrich Radial T/A tires. The interior is beautifully done with custom power leather seats, air conditioning, Classic Instruments gauges, tilt steering wheel and a Clarion sound system with C/D. The paint is show quality PPG base coat/clear coat. The exterior chrome and trim have either been replaced or re-plated. The engine compartment is detailed for show and the under carriage is solid, clean and dry. The car looks, rides and sounds awesome and all features are fully operational. What follows are the details.
