Listing Description

Just arrived from Florida is this 1957 BelAir convertible. It is powered by a 283 cubic inch 245 horsepower small block with dual four barrel carburetors and a Power Glide automatic transmission. Open the hood and you see the ever so cool Bat Wing air cleaner a power brake booster unit power steering and of all things in 1957 air conditioning. As if the engine and options aren't cool enough adding to the cool factor are the Continental Kit dual rear antennas fender skirts (not pictured) and spinner hubcaps. This car was originally delivered to Yingling Chevrolet in Wichita Kansas. As you can see from the window sticker it originally came with air conditioning the dual air cleaners power steering power brakes and the Power Pack option. This particular BeAir spent many years in a museum in Florida due to its specific and unique factory options. It was restored a good number of years ago and still retains the red oxide paint on the undercarriage as was the thing to do back in the day. Mechanically this car runs and drives great...there are no issues.Trim: ConvertibleBody Style: ConvertibleCondition: UsedCertified: 0
