Vehicle Details
Listing Description
1957 Chevrolet Bel Air "Fuelie" Sport Coupe Extremely straight and clean original body and floors, trunk, etc. Excellent trim and chrome throughout Beautiful stock seats/covers, carpets, door panels Believed that the door jambs, trunk and under hood have never been painted 1994 Corvette LT1 with 6 speed standard shift and 4.11 rear Power disc brakes and aftermarket air conditioning This gorgeous 1957 Bel Air has been mated with a C4 Corvette driveline to create the quintessential look with ease of use from modern mechanics. The restoration was done by a Hot Rod shop out of Appling, Georgia and used sparingly in the past 15 years since its completion. Updated gauges have been added to the stock instrument panel with the odometer only showing under 9k miles. All suspension pieces were upgraded or refurbished. All body and suspension bushings are new. It has a new aluminum fuel tank (original style), stainless exhaust with Flowmasters and stainless lines. The body tag reads 794 (Imperila Ivory) and 676 (black and red interior). The VIN# denotes an original V8 car built in Atlanta GA. An absolute blast to drive with tons of attention from all age groups. This car looks regal and classy with the all white paint scheme and original interior but is way more enjoyable to drive and with the fuel injection and overdrive standard transmission. On a recent 400+ mile trip it averaged over 20mpg!! The best body style General Motors offered with a reliable and durable powerplant. Also, the '94 Vette this was donated from had only 30k miles on it! All windows seal properly, body gaps are perfect, doors operate as expected including the flapper. The car is new throughout and could not disappoint! What would you pay for someone to build this car???
