1957 Chevrolet Bel Air

This is a very nice 1957 Chevy Belair stretch Limo. This was stretched professionally by Rod\'s Customs in Mn. They did a really nice job of stretching this limo and the bottom looks rust free. Current owner took as many pictures of the bottom as he could but didn\'t think they could get it up on the lift. This car is being listed by a restoration business and the owner has personally driven this car several times and it runs and drives great. He took several of his friends out in this car and everyone loves it. They get the thumbs up all the time and people take pictures where ever this car goes and often times they take pictures as they are driving by the car its crazy all the attention this gets. This has a V8 283 in the car with a 4 barrel carburetor. The engine was rebuilt before current owner purchased the car by a guy by the name of Mat Powers. The intake and valve covers have been taken off and cleaned them up and put in new gaskets. The restoration company also put in a brand new aluminum radiator. There was also some dripping from the back of the transmission so they removed that and had them put in a new seal. All the door handles have been shaved and they all have poppers and all work. The windows are also electric and the passenger window has a small crack in the top front but hardly noticeable. Just as a guess this car was likely restored around 15 years ago. The style of the upholstery and the look of the restoration is what makes owner believe that. The car will easily hold 5 people in the back and then there is a bench seat up front. The back seat folds down and owner took it to the drive in theater and the kids laid in the back and watched the movie. This car has front disc brakes and stops good for a limo, it has power steering which works really well and it has air conditioning which was fixed and charged and it works well. It also has a CD player under the seat and a cassette player in the dash. The paint is decent.Trim: LimoDoors: 4
