1978 Chevrolet C10

1978 Chevrolet C10 Got this truck from the estate of the original owner. It is super straight with an exceptionally clean body. Has 1 dent on it! The hood has no bows or kinks, which is extremely rare. The tailgate is straight; not bowed, not dented on the top. The inside of the bed has no dents and it looks as if nothing was ever hauled in it. The front wall of the bed is straight and has not been bowed toward the cab, as is common. The trim is exceptional. The glass is in good shape, the driver\'s outside mirror is broken. The bumpers are straight and the chrome is nice! The engine runs excellent; it idles smoothly all at 750 RPM all day long. The transmission shifts smooth. It drives excellent! Replaced the valve stem seals and upon removing the valve covers and could not believe how clean the internals were! (see photos). The Chevy fans out there will notice the original valve cover seals were on the engine when it was opened up. It is obvious from the inside of the engine and the way it runs / drives that it was meticulously maintained! Also replaced the fuel pump and rebuilt the carburetor. The AC is still hooked up and works, but it could use a recharge. The suspension components all look good, with lots of life left. It drives like a cream puff. The tires were bought in 2012 and have a couple thousand miles on them. Stored in a barn.
