1970 Chevrolet Corvette

1970 Corvette Convertible. This was purchased at Mershon\'s World of Cars in 2019 for its low mileage & exemplary condition. It remains in the same condition and improved slightly for mechanicals in the current ownership (maintenance items). The car is Monza Red over Black comfort weave interior that is all original. This car is straight, clean & undamaged. No rust or collision issues. As near as I am aware, it was repainted it\'s original color once in 2-stage base/clear and has a near-flawless body and paint finish on it. Truly gorgeous body lines and deep looking paint. The 53k mileage is believed to be original based on the other original strong merits of this car. The body is straight, undamaged, with excellent panel alignment. Rally Wheels are complete with no curb-scrape etc. All trim is present and in excellent shape. Black interior is still supple and comfortable for its age. Carpet is nice with no signs of wear or fading. Car starts easily and runs well. No unusual sounds, odors or leaks etc. Manual transmission shifts thru all gears as it should and is great fun to drive. The Owner is downsizing and that\'s the only reason for the sale. This car has a great look to it and seems to draw a small crowd wherever it goes. Plenty of \'thumbs up\' from other Corvette drivers on the road.
