1973 Chevrolet El Camino
Vehicle Details
Listing Description
1973 Chevrolet El Camino Has been a project car of mine for four years -Strong rebuilt 305 (from former owner, no paperwork) with a new 65,000 volt HEI distributor, long tube headers, true dual exhaust with glasspacks. -Floor pans replaced, new carpet, three point retractable seatbelt upgrade, new e-brake cables (broken ones replaced, the ones that run to the caliper come with the car but are not currently installed). -Passed inspection 10/2016. Nothing has changed since then, but nothing has been done since then. Needs a new battery, but have been able to jump start so far. -Car was gone through meticulously and any major problems are fixed. Could really use a lower rear gear, speedometer needs to be rebuilt, shifter is a little sloppy, but functions, and dash and vents need to be re-installed. Have a Holley 4bbl carb (probably needs to be rebuilt) and can include intake manifold that will really wake this beast up, if interested. -Odometer needs to be rebuilt, mileage is accurate to w.in 50 miles. -Undercoated and has very little rust. -Have receipts for almost all parts that have been put into it since I've owned it. >150 hours of labor. -All original trim pieces and parts that came with the car when I bought it are included (see pictures).
