Electric windows work, top goes up and down, has fuel pump, it doesn't have door handles, it's remote, it doesn't work, it shouldn't be to much to fixed it, there's a latch under the hood that will open the door.
Water will leak inside from somewhere below the windshield. It's in a car port.
