1966 DATSUN 411 BLUEBIRD DELUXE 2 Door JDM. Original J-13 Engine with 3 Speed Column Shift. We imported this very rare Bluebird with J.D.M.L approximately nine years ago. It has only 21,000 original miles (33,800 KM) on it.

We have put only 900 miles of driving on the car in nine years of ownership. It is always stored under a cover and has always been garaged in climate-controlled conditions. Within the last 700 miles the following mechanical work and upgrades were performed: Complete rebuild of all brake drums including new slaves & brake shoes New ignition components A complete stainless steel exhaust system from front to rear which integrates perfectly into the original cast iron exhaust manifold.

Re-Cored Radiator. New Datsun Depot upper and lower silicone radiator hoses. New battery. Fresh carburetors rebuild New Coker tires and innertubes. New diaphragm style J-13 clutch and throw out bearing with resurfaced flywheel.

New clutch Master and Slave cylinder. New rear pinion seal. New shocks. Freshly chromed bumpers. The interior is original; however the exception is the new matching carpets and new front and rear seat inlays only.

The seat inlays were done in period correct and very similar metallic blue cloth. I saved the original blue peppermint metallic Bluebird Deluxe fabric seat inlays for re-manufacturing someday and those will be included in the sale. This is the best running 410/411 in my collection.

It starts and runs like a sewing machine and the Car drives like it is new. The car is very smooth on the roads and highways and shifts like butter. The car has such low mileage, and therefore tons of life left in it for someone to enjoy deep into old age without expensive rebuilds.

The under carriage is in amazing condition also. WHAT THE CAR NEEDS: The car will need a paint job eventually. It shows well in pictures, and gets people’s attention, however it has some of the usual 410/411 issues around the rear rain gutters and in some other small areas.
