Listing Description

1965 Dodge D100 css condition: good cylinders: 8 cylinders drive: rwd fuel: gas paint color: black size: full-size title status: clean transmission: automatic type: pickup Early 1965 dodge D100 utiline truck with the rare CSS package. This is one of only 3 verified css utiline bed dodge trucks known to exist, and to date is the ONLY verified early 65, and the only all original numbers matching one. This is an unrestored truck, the seats have been recovered at some point, but beyond that it's all factory, all original, as dodge made it. Factory black on black with white stripes and wheels, dealer installed ac that still functions, 318 poly head motor, 727 automatic transmission, 3.55 gear 8 3/4 rear end with sure grip. The truck runs and drives. Motor seems very strong, transmission shifts as it should, but it isn't road worthy yet. I've been working to get it that way, but it was parked for at least 20 years before I got it and I haven't had the time or money to get it all the way. It has a new fuel pump and rubber fuel lines, new rear end seals, new upgraded master cylinder, new rubber brake lines, new wheel cylinders, new pads, new brake hardware, and all 4 drums surfaced, tires are new also(235/75/15 on rear 225/75/15 front). The body has surface rust only with no cancer and only very minor dings, no real damage, it's never been wrecked and has spent it's life in California, so the body of this truck is in excellent shape. This is a very rare find, on a very rare truck. I also have gathered some extremely hard to find parts for this trucks restoration that will be included with it. 16' factory wheels, polished stainless center caps, dash trim and brightwork, nos front turn signal assemblies, a spare center console for parts, extremely rare light duty rear bumper, and a few others. All parts will go with the truck. It won't take much more for this truck to be a reliable driver, it's in great condition and an extremely rare piece of dodge truck history.Doors: 2
