Listing Description

1954 Ford F100 Pro Street build was originally completed in 1989. During its initial introduction year to the Street Scene, it was featured in the popular custom auto magazines: Rod & Custom, Hot Rod & Truckin'. It was later acquired by the current owner in 1999 and enjoyed during summer month cruises and local car shows. The heart of this Ford is a BDS Supercharged Chevy 468 sporting dual Holley 600 carbs, and Cyclone Headers delivering an estimated 500+ horsepower. The Turbo 400 transmission with Gennie Shifter hooks up well with the Ford 9' rear end and 33 x 21.5' Mickey Thompsons on Centerline Rims. This old farm truck handles like a sports car thanks to the 1988 Corvette front suspension and 4-Link Aldan coil over rear. Disk brakes up front and stock drums in back keeps things from getting too interesting. VDO gages have been installed, including a brand new speedometer (needs setting). The bucket seats are very comfortable and cab upholstery is detailed nicely. There are some signs of age in the cab that would require very minor attention and cleaning to restore to show quality. The hood has two display modes: side tip for engine view or full clip-tip for engine, suspension and frame view. The entire frame is painted and several under truck components are painted or chromed. This truck was built as a show winner and this level of detail is evident throughout. This F100 is in fantastic mechanical condition and drives perfectly. There are no issues with overheating or rough idle. Cosmetically, the custom Revlon 'Blaze of Red' paint has a few chips along the very low slung front bumper, a few minor marks on the driver's window frame and some rub marks at tailgate-air lift intersection.   -Vehicle is on consignment and at our clients home -Please Call First and talk to a rep at 231-468-2809 EXT 1 -Showroom is by appointment only Please Call -If you would like a FREE Listing please visit our consignment page or CallDoors: 2
