Listing Description
1966 Ford F-250 Farm Find Ford Dubbed \'Wallace the 66\' after the first owner who died in 1973 in a snowmobile accident. The truck was then used as a family car, driven by the kids as a daily driver around the streets of Farmington UT. Last registered in 1988 it was parked on the family farm until 3 years ago when I saved it from the crusher. Since then I\'ve replaced brakes from the master cylinder, hand bent steel lines and brand new shoes and wheel cylinders. Newly painted 16\' Steel wheels and brand new tires. Replaced the steering gearbox with a reman. Rebuilt the carb, replaced the entire fuel system tank, lines, filters and pump. Brand new radiator and hoses. Brand new Heartthrob exhaust with glass packs (sounds awesome). Replaced the oil bath air cleaner with a paper filter (but still have original parts). Engine does burn a little oil but nothing like a smoke screen! This does have manual brakes, manual steering and can be a handful for a driver who doesn\'t know what that means. Interior has been rust treated and some sound deadener applied to the floors. Original everything else. Not a single crack in any of the glass. I\'m not pretending this is in perfect condition! There\'s rust in the typical places. It\'s got a pretty nasty ding in the front passenger that also tweaked the door. The door still opens and closes fine, but it not air/water tight. He\'s a SOLID Runner though and a truck you can turn the key and enjoy without much.
