1955 Ford Fairlane

1955 Ford Fairlane 2dr. Sedan. A totally rust free car out of Texas with an 'on-frame' restoration. NEVER any rust in front crossmember or body supports, doors 'foldovers' (lips), floors, trunk, wheel openings or rocker (one repaired from a low dent). Rebuilt 272 'Y' block and Fordamatic transmission and new 'Flowmasters' dual exhaust. ALL new brakes, lines, dual master cylinder, wheel cylinders, shoes, bearings,etc. Beautiful new interior and headliner done by 'the best in Tampa' as his 'last one' as he is into boats now. New chrome bumpers and guards are excellent. Some pits on a few pot-metal original parts that are no longer around. An excellent paint job back to the original colors. Original paint still in the trunk. Still has the 6 volt system that can be converted or a battery tender and a small 'pulse-pump' added if car would sit a long time and have gas drain back like most do. New radial tires and lowered about 2-1/2 inches for better looks and handling.
