1930 Ford Model A This 1930 Model A was owned by a local Waukon older gentleman who asked me to help sell this car for a great charity and cause!. The entire sale amount from this auction will be donated to The Veterans Memorial Hospital Foundation here in Waukon. He approached me to help with the sale as I deal in so many classics with my personal collection and car business and we both are heavily involved in various charity organizations. This car and the sale has our Waukon community following it! They are running a local paper story about it! I run a local highschool theater group for charity and the kids after hearing about it asked me if they could even help. I had them wash and wax it lol! This is a amazing story in our little waukon community and we really want to see this Model A go to a good home! The proceeds will help so many and going to a amazing cause and wonderful organization! The car was restored about 10 years ago and shows very well. It was originally a family owned car for over 20 years in florida before it came up here to the waukon area. There are a few paint blemishes from age but nothing I would address or overly noticeable. This Model A has a Sharp look! The interior is like new. The windows go up and down and the glass is good. The doors open and shut tight and easy. The rumble seat opens and shuts like it should. The engine starts right up every time and we never had a issue starting it. The Tires look newer and are in great shape. Wheels look great. The clutch shifts smooth and shifts all of the gears like it should. The key is a bit sticky but works like it should. The brakes work like they should and the gauges are working. The gas shut off valve works easily. The underside looks really clean. The car comes with a clean title matching the vin. It has a new floor mat in it.
