1956 Ford Thunderbird

1956 Ford T-Bird Convertible with 312 V8, 4-spd manual, power steering & posi-traction. The car was registered from 1956 – 1963 before being placed in long term storage. The original color was turquoise green with a white top but was later stripped & primed with red-oxide primer. The car is very restorable, but needs some rust repair. 98% of the parts are accounted for including the bumpers, grill, lights, trim, inner door panels, engine, radiator, driveline & accessories. Included is a new factory-direct Ford 312 crate motor (long-block) complete with heads, timing chain & valve train installed. The original engine dropped a valve hurting a piston, head & block. Most of the original engine parts are included as seen in the photos. The original Thunderbird valve covers, Mallory dual-point distributor, air cleaner, motor mounts, brackets & more.
