1979 Lincoln Town Car

‘79 Town Car. Have owned the car for over 20 years and bought it from the widow of the original owner. Although she claimed the mileage to be original I believe it has turned over showing 27,421 miles currently. It was painted long before I bought it but save for the usual chips and some flaking on the rear bumper filler it looks very good on diamond blue with matching turbine wheels. Chrome and pot metal are good and the car needs nothing to drive and enjoy. A/C blew cold 20 years ago, but got warmer over time and needs a charge. I reset the trip odo when I got it and it now shows about 650 miles, so it has been driven sparingly but is started and moved regularly to keep it up. The interior is gorgeous and smells fresh. The 400 engine runs well and the car drives smooth and rides well. Driver door lock actuator is weak, otherwise all accessories work including the clock and antenna. This is a rust free car and if it was ever driven in the Winter it shows no signs.
