1964 Mercury Comet

1964 Mercury Comet , Rare first year of the (Cyclone) K -code factory 289 4bbl engine , C4 automatic trans. pw steering, This is a 10 year old restoration on this Cyclone at that time all new paint , new red interior headliner to carpet, all trim ,chrome ,stainless was replaced in 2006. Body is straight & very solid color not original it's now a dark charcoal grey that makes the red interior really stands out, original color was polar white the paint has some scratches & chips but cleans up nice. Has the factory mag wheel hubcaps they were standard on 64 Cyclones, Underneath is rock solid & clean. Original motor ,trans ,rear also were rebuilt in 06 original 4100 480 cfm carburetor. the only non stock addition to the engine is the Hipo 289 solid lift cam & lifters that give more rpm and that famous performance sound. This Cyclone came from a collector that at one time owned as many as 30 of these rare little muscle cars he is a friend of mine known him most of my life he lost the building that he stored his collection in he couldn't take seeing sit outside so he decided to sell all of his cars. This is a very unique Mercury muscle car, and not a lot of them out there for sale, so here's your chance to own one.
