1935 Nash LaFayette Amazing car After sitting for many years in nice inside storage we cleaned the points and the carb, installed a new battery, added fresh gas and a little marvel mystery oil in the cylinders, it started easily and runs great. The mechanical brakes work great, and it shifts easily. It has a very solid body with no signs of rust, see photos. The interior is nice and once lightly shampooed should look like new, the door panels, seats, carpets and headliner were professionally installed and look nice. Even the bottom of the trunk is carpeted to match. The original oil change tag in the door jam shows 34000 miles in 1975, the speedo shows 39055 now.
