This 1950 Packard Custom Eight is a solid running classic with strong bones and significant recent mechanical investment. The straight-eight engine runs well, and the transmission shifts smoothly. Brakes have been completely rebuilt with new components throughout for safe operation. Recent service work includes a new fuel pump, water pump, thermostat, radiator, recored radiator, flex hoses, spark plugs, coil, and fan belt. A new gas tank is installed.

The body presents in fair condition with some dents; floor pans and rocker panels require attention. Note that the car experiences some overheating issues. The trunk contains an extensive collection of removed parts—carefully bagged and labeled—plus fender skirts, beauty rings, a spare hub cap, spare tire, both door panels, window trim, wiper arms, and kick panels.

The overdrive cable is included but the overdrive mechanism remains untested. This is a project with documented mechanical care and plenty of original components for the right enthusiast.
