1965 Plymouth Belvedere II For Sale 440ci / 425hp Dual Quads4- Speed Manual Transmission 8-3/4 3:73 Posi Rear Copper (HH1) Exterior with Black Interior Restored to its current state nearly 7 years ago, this Arizona classic looks as good as new today. After a no expense spared restoration, its current form can be described as \"better than new\". The body panels on this car are all original. The factory color of Copper (HH1) was refinished to a new high gloss shine. All chrome and trim are as good as new as well. The windows doors, hood and trunk all have new rubber. The current engine is far better than the original 318 which is long gone. She now runs on a 440ci engine from a 1970 Dodge R/T (engine block #2586480 date code 10/28/69) and was built for performance yet she is refined enough to cruise easily without earth shaking sound or a screaming engine. The two 4-barrels are Edelbrock 600cfm carburetors. She runs perfectly on 93 Octane pump gas and No electronic fuel pump is needed. A list of other upgrades include the following: 509 Purple Hydraulic Cam, electronic ignition with MSD control box, Hurst 4-speed shifter #833, 8-3/4 rear end with 3:73 Posi & 742 Case, dual Flo-Master exhaust with manual cutouts, RAM clutch and all new linkage, new Bell housing and Flywheel, Lakewood traction bars, dual master brakes and more... All this has just over 1000 miles since completion. There are 2 Broadcast sheets with this Plymouth. One is clearly shown in the trunk photo right where the factory placed it 53+ years ago. The second is in hand. Both will be given to the new owner which could be you. Receipts for some of the work done and parts are also included. The interior is all new! All seating is all refinished in factory correct black with new foam, front and back. Seat belts have been added for safety. Carpet is new. There is a working aftermarket AM-FM stereo cassette with power antenna. Power steering, Sun gauges were added for convenience. ALL gauges work properly and are clear and clean. Windows roll up & down easily. All exterior and interior lights work as they should; including the glove box. There is a full spare with cover and factory jack in the trunk. American Racing wheels ride on BF Goodrich Radial T/As, P225/70R15s in front and P255/70R15s in back. Tires have less than 100 miles since new.
