1967 Pontiac GTO

1967 Pontiac GTO original motor HO unrestored had it since the early nineties.  Car has been partially disassembled and the short block was done .030 over 15 years ago. The YZ coded 360 HP automatic block with the correct casting number of 9786133, the 670 cylinder heads and HO exhaust manifolds are original and date coded to the car. Overall this is likely as rust free and complete of an original unrestored southern GTO you will find in today's times. The original color codes are Mariner Turquoise Metallic with a Dark Turquoise interior. I have every piece of the GTO only exterior trim, all the side glass and most of the original interior. The car was complete when I bought it, but a few parts 'escaped' over the last 25 years I have owned it. The quarters are pretty solid, the trunk floor and pans are better than decent and can be saved. Some rust in LH rear glass area and RH front dash area. This is an M date code car which is distinct in itself (see below). Also a factory air car, tinted windows, power steering and power brakes. Production Date Code on The Block: This can be found on the distributor pad. It consists of letters A-L for month (A=January, etc.) One exception is that 1966 blocks made for 1967 model year have an M for December instead of L.
