1977 Studebaker Avanti II RQB Unique history. Original steering system replaced with complete rack and pinion system (Knoxville, TN company). Stainless steel custom exhaust. '500' transmission, 4 speed. New master cylinder. New custom made aluminum radiator. Engine completely rebuilt to Corvette specs w/Paxton Supercharger (Granatelle) conversion and cam. The Avanti Corp. owner, Arnold Altman, used the car as his daily driver before selling it. There are several newspaper articles on the car. Three owners before purchase in 2002.
