1976 Triumph TR6

1976 Triumph TR6 Convertible/Roadster example of the iconic and legendary British sports car. Looks and runs great. It\'s rare white finish is an older respray and has a few flaws here and there but still presents very well. The interior is in very good condition with nice seats, carpet and door panels. All of the lights and gauges are working and the four speaker stereo rocks! The top is in good condition with a few small patches but still fits well and will keep you dry. A top boot and full cockpit cover come with the car. The jack and tools are present as is a full size spare. The car starts right up, warms up quickly and idles steady. The car accelerates nicely and shifts smoothly through all four gears. The exhaust has an aggressive roar under heavy foot and a bit of a gurgle on deceleration that makes me smile. Brakes are strong. The car tracks nice and straight down the road. It runs cool in the Texas heat, no sweat. Tires are about 75%. This was the final year of the TR6, discontinued because its 2.5 liter straight six couldn\'t meet the new emissions standards. Like all Triumph engines, this one has lots of low end torque making it a blast to drive. This is dry and rust free car.
