1974 Volkswagen Super Beetle

1974 Volkswagen Super Beetle (California Model)  no need for rehab or replacement--this car is road ready ----- ORIGINAL CONDITION with the exception of minor upgrades and recplacements as per age. This car is from California and has been there for about 90% of its life.  The car is rust free and solid. This includes Underneath, floor pans, fender wells, doors, hood, trunk frame etc. I've never seen an original Volkswagen in this kind of preserved condition. This car can be used as a daily driver, it's mechanically sound and dependable. Everything works properly except for the fuel gage. It won't register totally full, however, it does work from just above half way to empty. I do have a brand new sending unit in the box that will rectify this issue. All brakes and cylinders are new, clutch and pressure plate are about a year old. 98% of all hoses are new, fresh tune up, carburetor kit, new shocks etc. All mechanical work has been professionally done by a certified Volkswagen Bug mechanic with over 30 years of qualified experience.  The car drives and handles solid.  Safe to drive around town or on the highway.  The car has about 23,000 miles on the odometer but my mechanic told me he thinks the engine was replaced some time ago in California.  The engine is strong and purrs like a kitten. 1600cc engine runs great and drives anywhere you want to go. The interior looks great, The front seats have brand new upholstery, headliner looks good, 2 small tears on the rear vinyl next to the back seat, nothing major, just a small mishap that happened when I was folding the seat down.Doors: 2
