1976 Volkswagen T-2 that I’ve restored and repurposed for serving snacks. Interior is lined with stainless steel, electrical hookup with outlets, and a pop up roof for serving from inside or outside the vehicle. Have used it only a handful of times to make sure everything runs smoothly but other than that I just keep it in storage and only take it out for maintenance as well as to keep it clean.
