1950 Willys Jeep
Vehicle Details
Listing Description
1950 Willys 4X4 pickup. Engine is a F-head 134 and is completely rebuilt with 0 miles on it. It runs great. All auxiliary components such as water pump. fuel pump. carburetor, distributor either rebuilt or brand new. Brand new Champion aluminum radiator. Brake system is all new (master cylinder, brake lines and hoses. wheel cylinders etc.). Steering components all rebuilt with new tie rod ends. All wheel bearings, wheel seals etc replaced, repacked etc. Fuel system all rebuilt with tank cleaned, new fuel lines and fuel pump. T-90 3 speed manual transmission and Dana 18 transfer case. All shift and operate fine. Has all range WARN overdrive. I have restored and rebuilt many Jeeps and only start out with good solid jeeps. I bought this to restore with my dad but he has lost interest and I don't have the time to finish. The body is solid and really straight for a nearly 70 year old vehicle. The hood is questionable. Could be straightened out and used if one desired or simply pick up another one. Doors open and close perfect. The only rust is in the floor pans which are super easy to replace and at the inside bottom edge of the drivers door, also very easy ti repair. Bed floor and tailgate very nice. Jeep needs all glass replaced and weather seals. Needs wiring harness installed which I have a brand new one for it. Upgraded to 12V and needs a 12V alternator Willys conversion kit installed to complete this. This is a solid Jeep for your restoration project or finish it up just the way it is and have a cool vintage Jeep. This vehicle is not road worthy right now. Needs a little more assembly to be street legal but will run and drive so can easily be loaded on a car trailer. Jeep is non op and I have clean title for it. -Vehicle is on consignment and at our clients home -Please Call First and talk to a rep at 231-468-2809 EXT 1 -Showroom is by appointment only Please Call -If you would like a FREE Listing please visit our consignment page or CallDoors: 2
