1964 Chevrolet Chevelle SS. This car is a real SS. If you\'re looking for a very nice example of a 64 Chevelle, This might be it. This car has had a frame off restoration. I has all original sheet metal including original quarters. Painted in a Porsche Guards Red, this car is beautiful. Workmanship is outstanding. The gaps are perfect everywhere you look. The doors shut tight and solid, just like a new car. New bumpers front and rear really sets this car off. Up front is a fresh build 400, 4 bolt main small block pushing 450 HP. With aluminum heads, a Comp Roller cam and roller rocker, Edelbrock intake and Quick-fuel carb, this engine is awesome. New alternator, water pump, battery, aluminum radiator with thermostat controlled electric fan. New ceramic headers lead back to a new Flowmaster exhaust system exiting behind the rear tires. The engine compartment is as sanitary as it gets. Moving back is a Muncie 4 speed that shifts like butter. Rear is a 3:73 Posi 10 bolt. 12 bolt not available back then. All bushings have been replaced throughout the car. This car has factory tinted windows. Very rare! Front end steering is all been replaced. Idler and pitman arms, tie rod ends, ball joints, control arms. Just installed, new Ridler 18in. wheels and BF Goodrich tires. The restoration was done about 9 years ago and came from North Carolina.
