1927 Chrysler Roadster in Sudbury, Ontario ID-89578
This handsome Model 62 rumble-seat roadster was the recipient of a full restoration years ago and is a striking example of the marque’s engineering and styling. Previous winner of the “National Automobile Club of America” Junior first prize winner award. Powered by a 180 cid L-head inline six-cylinder and three -speed manual transmission that have both been completely restored. I-Beam front and live rear axle both with semi-elliptic leaf springs, four -wheel hydraulic drum brakes, 109” wheelbase. Finished in a deep maroon with orange pinstripe accents and gloss black fenders, this car is just as nice underneath as it is on top. It is fitted with a Boyce Moto-Meter mounted to the winged radiator. Completely restored interior finished in black. The central instrument cluster contains the combination speedometer-odometer & amp gauge. Other accessories include glass-wings mounted to the side of the windshield, a travel trunk, a tan top with back window, also included is a set of side curtains for those cool autumn drives. Riding on 6.00-6.50 18 inch wide white wall tires mounted on artillery style wood wheels.
