1948 English Ford Anglia street or strip. This car raced at Bakersfield, Ca. in the 10 second, 125 mph range. It has an original steel body with a tilt glass front end plus glass doors, rear fenders and rear hatch. 10 point roll cage was cert. for 8.5 seconds or slower. 468 big block Chevy with dual quads, solid lifters and oversized valves. 550+ HP. Chevy turbo 400 trans. 2X3' steel tube frame, 4 link coil over shocks, Wilwood disc brakes front and rear. Narrowed Ford 9' rear with Summers Brothers axles. 3.50 gear for the street. New tires and front brakes. I have driven this car for the past two years so it is street able but was built for the 1/4 mile.
