This 1949 Mercury is a good running car with back suicide doors, V8 Flathead engine, 3-speed manual transmission, 12 volt system, air conditioning, electric cooling fan, electric fuel pump, elect wipers, 4 Boyd gauges, tach, polished air conditioner compressor and alternator, shaved with poppers and decked, dual exhaust with side pipes, AM radio with CD player, stainless steel gas tank, tinted glass, and seat belts. The body, paint, and chrome are good but the car needs all upholstery (only seats are inside). There are extra parts included. The car will start but will not idle due to old gas. The current owner will be taking it to get the old gas out and the carburetor cleaned.
