1950 Chevy 3100 • Complete frame off restoration, all parts completely stripped before painting/finishing • All hardware replaced with Stainless or grade 8 yellow zinc plated • New windows • New trim/emblems • New bumpers1950 Chevy 3100 Engine: Original – Chevy 216 cu3 (straight 6 cylinder) Current – 1970 Chevy 292 + 0.040 cu3 (straight 6 cylinder) Transmission: Original – 3 speed manual Current – 5 speed manual (from Chevy S-10) Rear axle: Original – 4:56 ratio Current – 2:73 ratio with 1981 Oldsmobile Delta 88 housing Brakes: Original – 4 wheel drum Current – front disc and rear drum Original – single master cylinder Current – Vacuum assist dual master cylinder New hard and soft brake lines Electrical system: Original – 6 volt Current – 12 volt, LED lighting and HID headlights Exhaust: 3” stainless steel (304 stainless), dual exhaust Split header Thrush muffler Seats: Original - bench ( have original frame) Current - black leather power bucket seats Remaining: Interior – 90% complete Truck needs to be installed (all materials are purchased, just need to be installed, wood with 304 stainless steel bed floor rails) Mileage: approximately 2,500 since restoration Hundreds of restoration process photos.
