1950 Mercury Custom Professionally built Mercury Two Door Coupe Custom. Traditional style with modern running gear. This was a three year build and was finished in 2018. Only 555 miles on build. 
Body/Paint: Unchopped body with No rust. The car was brought down to bare metal with 3 coats of primer, 4 coats of paint and 5 coats of clear before wet sanding and buffing. Frenched headlights, shaved emblems and door handles with door poppers. Interior: High grade custom Leather interior, with power seats, custom designed console. Vintage AC, power steering, power brakes, power door poppers with remote, power window and trunk with remote popper, Dakota digital dash, tilt wheel and a large screen digital stereo system with GPS and backup camera. Running Gear: 392 hemi (1957) V8, Hothead aluminum heads and intake manifold with MSD Atomic EFI. This is a full roller motor with all of the needed dress up parts with a very nice engine compartment that shows well. California performance transmission (Art Carr) 200R, Ford 9 inch rear end with 355 hi-way gears with a locker. Suspension/ Frame: Modified Stock frame with TCI front suspension with 2' dropped spindles and air ride suspension. The rear suspension is 1958 GM truck style trailing arms kit with Air ride. Bright work : All chrome and stainless look excellent. Custom modified bumpers that have been re-chromed. Glass: New Tinted glass. Exhaust: REF custom made stainless steel headers with duel mufflers. Brakes: Wilwood disc brakes in front with Ford disc brakes in the rear. Wheels/Tires: 5 American Racing mag wheels. Radials 285/40/ZR17 rear and 225/50//ZR17 on the front.
