1952 Citroën Avant 4-DOOR SALOON THE CITROEN AVANT WAS DESIGNED IN FRANCE BY ANDRE LEFEBVRE AND FLAMINO BERTANI IN THE LATE 1933/EARLY 1934. THE TRACTION AVANT PIONEERED FRONT WHEEL DRIVE AS WELL AS INDEPENDENT SUSPENSION AND A UNITARY BODY WIDELY ADOPTED SINCE HERE IS A LITTLE STORY ABOUT THIS CAR. THIS CAR HAS HAD ONLY ONE OWNER SINCE NEW!!! OWNED AND OPERATED BY A FRENCH DIPLOMAT IN THE UNITED STATES THE FRENCH DIPLOMAT WAS ABLE TO BRING HIS BELOVED FRENCH CAR WITH HIM WHILE WORKING IN THE FRENCH CONSOLUTE HIS NEPHEW DISCOVERED THE CAR STORED IN A LOCKED UP WOOD CABIN IN THE UNITED STATES AFTER THE UNCLE HAD PASSED AWAY AND LEFT IT TO HIS NEPHEW WHO LIVES IN THE UNITED STATES THE NEPHEW DECIDED TO SELL THE CAR TO ME SO HE CAN FIX UP THE CABIN THIS CAR IS AN AMAZING TIME WARP UN-RESTORED BUT ABSOLUTELY LOVED AND IT SHOWS!
