1961 Cadillac Coupe Deville. Here is a true barn find with great patina. A straight, complete, and all original car with 81,xxx miles. I purchased this survivor in eastern South Dakota where it had been stored since the mid 1980's. This Caddy's V8 runs good and the Hydra-Matic transmission shifts smooth. Overall, the car is in good condition. There is some rust, but not bad considering it is 54 years old. The good thing is nothing has been covered up with body filler so there are no surprises. What you see is what you get. A rare car that always turns heads. It's a good candidate for a full restoration or have fun and drive it as is. Stand out from the crowd. Drive a Cadillac. The engine is a 390 cubic inch V8 with 325 horsepower. It is equipped with GM's Hydra-Matic automatic transmission. Factory options include power steering, power brakes, power windows, power seat, air conditioning (not working), chrome door guards, fog lamps, Guide-Matic headlight control, and a power antenna (not working). The original owners installed quality seat covers over the original seats. The cushioning is good and no springs can be felt poking through.
