1961 Ford F100 unibody pickup truck. These trucks are very rare, as the unibody models were only made for 3 years: 1961 - 1963. This truck has a full frame, like all of the Ford trucks do. The term Unibody refers to the cab and bed of the truck, they are one piece. There is no gap between the bed and cab, the bed is part of the cab. This gives the truck a very sleek look, as you can see in the pictures. I would call this truck a 1980's survivor: It had been painted, and the engine was rebuilt back then. It has led a very easy garage kept life for a pickup truck. It does have it's share of minor dings, but the floor of the bed is SOLID, it is not all banged or beat up. The sides, top rails and bottom are all there. The whole truck is solid as well: the only notable rust spots are at the front bottom/half way down the side of the bed where ALL Unibody trucks rust. The 292 V8 starts right up with a few pumps on the gas pedal and runs smoothly. This truck runs and drives nicely. This truck was originally from Odessa Texas, and later in southern Missouri where I purchased it 8 years ago. This truck has a clean title Recent work includes: A complete rebuild of the original CruseOmatic transmission. All new clutches, bands, seals ect. I have also replaced the leaking original radiator with a brand new, exact fit aluminum radiator with transmission cooler, and new heater/radiator hoses. Additionally, I have installed a 120 amp alternator with new battery & ground cables. I also built a custom 2 1/4' exhaust that exits in front of right rear tire from the exhaust manifolds back I will also include the misc parts and service manual I have purchases for this truck as well. Parts (weather strip kit, inner door handles, ignition switch, tune up parts, master cylinder and more). The included parts can be seen in one of the pictures.
