1961 Oldsmobile Starfire Convertible Oldsmobile reintroduced a luxury high-performance model called the Starfire in 1961 and sold 7,800 examples in that introductory year. Originally available in convertible form only, it featured a 330 horsepower, 394 cubic inch ultra-high compression V-8 engine, 3-speed automatic transmission with console shift, PosiTraction differential, leather-covered bucket seats and the trademark brushed-aluminum body side panels. Mine is a very original and correct car finished. It is the most desirable color combination being black body with original red interior and white convertible top and red boot. Power: top, steering, brakes, windows, and driver's seat, a factory-original recessed console-mounted tachometer, original chrome-accented floor mats, day/night inside mirror and twin outside mirrors, etc.Trim: ConvertibleDoors: 2
