1962 Mercury Comet factory 2 Door Station Wagon (1 of around 2200 built) rust free full metal body custom one of a kind Arizona car. Three year build of this custom car by a master rod builder originally out of LA. Car has 8,000 miles since complete rebuild everything you can see is either new or reworked and everything you can not see is also new with exception of the engine that was removed from a 2007 Mustang GT with only 15K miles. Car is kept inside a security monitored shop and is driven regularly to car shows and parades. Not used as a daily driver. 3 Valve SOHC 07 Mustang GT engine with around 15k miles putting out around 350 HP. Decent fuel economy with the fuel injection and overdrive transmission. Ford AODE overdrive transmission Narrowed 9 inch Ford rear differential with positraction and 31 spline Moser axles Custom full length dual exhaust with Flowmaster Mufflers, sounds great but might be a bit loud. MODIFICATIONS: The roof has been chopped 2 inches, all the glass is custom Entire body has been shaved-door handles, tailgate handle, emblems, bumper bolts, etc. Doors are solenoid operated. Hidden retractable radio antenna Rear wheel wells tubbed for larger tires Painted in Chevy Cobalt Arrival Blue and is perfect and stunning.
