Talk about a cool old car...this 1962 Pontiac Grand Prix is a classic early 60s car. There are Impalas and Galaxies everywhere but when was the last time you saw a '62 Grand Prix with 8 lug wheels at the local cruise in? Under the hood is a Pontiac 400 cubic inch engine mated to a 3 speed hydro-matic automatic transmission. Power steering and brakes make this car easy to maneuver in today's traffic. Inside is a console with floor mounted shifter and tachometer. the tunes are provided by a Wonder Bar radio with a power antenna...both of these work as does the rear speaker switch (you can blend the sound from both speakers or strictly use the front or the rear speakers alone. All gauges turn signals headlights tail lights and brake lights work as designed. There is even a working trunk light that unfastens from its mount and becomes a trouble light in case of a flat tire. The interior is in great shape. There are no rips or tears or cracks in the dash pad...the headliner is clean with no stains and the carpet is excellent. The paint and brightwork on the dash are in excellent shape...no discoloration of the bezels or scratches in the paint or pitting in the brightwork. Underneath this car is solid as the day it was delivered. This car exudes the classic look of the 1960s...2 door hardtop...slanted rear mounted antenna...legendary 8 lug Pontiac wheels...it doesn't get much better.
