This gorgeous Sebring Silver 1963 Corvette split window coupe was sold new in the Los Angeles area and was owned and sparingly driven by its original owner for nearly 2 decades, before being acquired by the seller/second owner in the 1980s. The coupe was born equipped with the SD code 300 horsepower engine and 2 speed Powerglide automatic transmission. That original power train still remains in this Vette. It rolled off the St. Louis assembly line 60 years ago, in December of 1962. The code 491A paint was refreshed during the restoration, as was the black vinyl interior and carpeting. Viewing the car today, it is hard to believe that six decades have passed since its debut. The paint presents in excellent show condition with no stress cracks, nor are there any scratches, chips or blemishes.
