1964 Mercury Montery Convertible. The color is Bittersweet and it's a real deal factory 4 speed. The car has had one repaint in the original color about 10 years ago. The carpet and front seat were redone. All other interior is original. Previous owner goes back to 1984. He only put a few thousand miles on the car and it was always garaged. the widow of the owner before that goes back to the 70s. that owner hardly ever drove the car and again it was always garaged. The 47k miles is original. a receipt from 1980 that shows 42,xxx miles. It's entire life was spent in Nebraska and Colorado. Behind the back tires is a body mount which has some rust. That's it in the entire car. The trunk drop offs, floors, rockers etc are all nice solid sheetmetal. When the car was painted none of the jambs were refinished.
