Top Speed :171 mph. Touted as 'America's only four-passenger high-performance personal car.' Advantages Took the world by complete surprise, on release, a modified Avanti reached over 170 mph (270 km/with a supercharged 289-cubic-inch (4,740 cm3) R3 engine at the Bonneville Salt Flats. In all, it broke 29 world speed records at the Bonneville Salt Flats. Power front disc brakes. Power steering. Totally innovative slide out drawer above the glove box. cockpit style gauge cluster once again with beautiful wood. Factory in dash Tachometer. Driver quality P-6436 Avanti Maroon paint.
