Listing:This is an extremely rare1965 Factory Five Shelby Daytona Spyder GT, Cobra replica, built in 2003 and 1 of 38 produced. This car has only 9,777 miles on it. The frame on this car is VIN 001, has a Colorado special vehicle Vin tag. The color is 2003 Corvette Anniversary Red (CANDY-APPLE 3 STEP), with Arctic White Pearl (Cadillac Escalade) stripe. The frame is a 4 inch round tube chassis built by FFR with a Thunderbird IRS rear end, custom 17 inch Compomotive wheels with 335-35ZR17 rear tires and 285-40ZR17 front, FFR front suspension with coil over shocks on all 4 corners, roll bar is full width FFR designed four point mount. Owner has invested over $65,000 in the car with receipts and a 3 inch thick book with build pictures from start to finish. This car also comes with laptop computer to make program changes. Also has fast XFI 2.0 ECU, dash has extra power buttons for add-on electrical accessories, car has a heater and windshield wipers but no air conditioning, headlights and fog lights are Philips HID equipped. The dash is customized with LED push button switches which control individual relays for their functions. The engine is a very rare and highly acclaimed 1987 Buick Grand National 3.8L with twin precision ball bearing 55-54 turbos, engine is rated at 450 HP@ 12 lbs boost or 642 HP @24 lbs boost. This car gets 25 MPG interstate and 18 MPH city and has custom fabricated stainless headers, twin wastegates, ceramic coated sand pipes, and has steel main bearing caps, ARP main studs and head studs, Carillo rods, forged JE pistons 7.5:1 CNC ported and polished cast iron GN heads with 1.755 intake and 1.500 exhaust stainless valves, 11/32 stem. The seats are CNC machined multi angle, springs 1.250 diameter installed @ 1.750 @ 100 lbs seat pressure, open 280lbs, bronze guides, split 7 degree locks, heat treated, Teflon valve stem seals. Cam is Reed, CAMS SPECS LIFT: .459, duration is 205 @ .050, Lobe center is 109, has 50 LB injectors with wide band 02 sensors, has new high torque starter, has Kirkey racing seats with 4 point Simpson Harness, B&M Quicksilver shifter, has 11full autometer PRO-COMP gauges, transmission is a 200R4 automatic built by Jimmy's Performance with 3000 stall converter that locks up to .67:1 overdrive ratio.Trim: Spyder GTDoors: 2
