1966 Ford Cobra Recently assembled Shell Valley Cobra Kit car. The car has been completed for approx. 3 years. Car was built with all new parts and runs great. Car has a 351W backed up by a AOD 4 speed Automatic. Motor was build with a CAT 9000 Cast steel crank and CAT 'I' beam rod with forged dished pistons. Top end is a pair of Dart iron heads, a for Lightning GT40 lower intake with a Downs Ford upper box intake and 70MM Throttle body. Boost is provided by a pair of 60mm Garrett turbos. The Exhaust headers have been ceramic coated and the turbos dump directly into the side pipes which have baffles to quiet the exhaust. The entire combo is controlled by a FAST EFI Computer. The Combo has never been Dynoed but doing some basic math puts the car right at 500HP as it sits. If you are familiar with Turbos then you know that making more is just a matter of turning up the boost and adding the fuel. The Turbos on the car are capable of flowing enough air to support around 800HP if you decided you wanted to turn it up. The Transmission is an AOD build with parts from Lentech Automotive and has a non-lockup converter. Rear end is a ford 9 inch with 3.00 gears. 3.50's are available if you want them. Rear Brakes are Ford Explorer Discs with Ford Mustang 2 Brakes on the front. The car is wearing 325/50/15 BFG Drag Radials on the rear for traction and they do the job very well. The car was professionally painted Cadillac First Mist Metallic Black and looks great. The metal flake is this paint is amazing.Doors: 2
