1967 Chevrolet Impala SS Fastback Coupe Hardtop Matching Numbers 427ci / 385hp, 4bbl 12bolt POSI rear Hardtop Fastback Coupe Nantucket Blue with Blue Interior THD400 Automatic Transmission Posi 12bolt Rear 1967 Chevrolet Impala SS For Sale This rare find comes complete with an ALL matching numbers engine and drivetrain, the original Rochester 4-barrel carburetor, the original Turbo 400 Hydromatic transmission, the original 12 Bolt POSI rear and all original sheet metal. This frame on restoration included a superior repaint in its factory color of Nantucket Blue (GM code DD) and much more. All chrome and trim are spotless. All sheet metal is original ... WOW! The Medium Blue interior is in "like new" condition. The Strato Bucket Seats are in exceptional condition with no rips or scuffs at all. The instrument panel is crystal clear and everything works as it was intended. Even the clock keeps perfect time. The photos will show the second hand in different positions with each photo. Options included the full center console with chrome inserts and lockable storage, the SS gauge package, wood grain steering wheel, AM-FM radio, power steering and power brakes. The real excitement comes from under the hood. An all matching numbers monster 427ci 385hp V8 engine, matching numbers THD 400 transmission, original Rochester 4barrel performance rated carburetor, high performance camshaft, 12 Bolt POSI rear and dual exhaust. All in excellent running and immaculate condition.. Whats not to love?? The engine numbers are shown in the photos as well as copies of all other important documentation. Unfortunately, the original documentation was lost prior to our purchase of this car. Luckily there were photo copies taken of the documentation as well as some pre-restoration photos that we could rely on.
